1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Invoit ("the app"), provided by bavrk ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies to apps from the App Store.

2. What Invoit does

Invoit lets you create invoices and estimates, save clients, and export or send PDFs from your device. It is a document-creation tool, not accounting, tax, or legal software, and does not provide financial, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of the invoices and estimates you create and for meeting your own tax and legal obligations.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you create in Invoit. Because that content is stored only on your device, you are responsible for keeping your own backups; we cannot recover data from a lost or reset device.

4. Invoit Pro and payments

Invoit is free to use with optional "Invoit Pro" features available as a one-time purchase or an auto-renewing monthly subscription. Prices are shown in the app. Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation. The monthly plan renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel it anytime in your Apple account settings. A one-time purchase does not renew. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including using it to create fraudulent or unlawful documents, or attempting to reverse engineer, resell, or interfere with the app except as permitted by law.

6. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes

We may update the app and these Terms over time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law & contact
